SUMMER!

It has been a while since I updated so it will be a little out of order--We got back from our vacation in Hawaii and our hard drive on our computer died--so we had to get a new computer and try to save what info we could--so it's been pretty hectic for the last couple days. I finally am able to download some pictures after having to buy new software because ours was outdated for the new computer--it never ends!!!

Cassie went to girls camp the week before we left and had a great time. Russ and I were able to drive up on Friday for testimonies and then we drove back around 10:30. We brought two other girls home who were leaving on their vacations Saturday morning. I must have been going a little fast around the curves because just as we were almost home--one of the girls who was dead asleep in the back seat--started throwing up! (our car has now officially been broken in.) It was close to midnight and very very dark on the road but we pulled over and tried to help her. Russ and I realized how lucky we are to have kids that don't get motion sick--probably because they are use to my driving and we insist that they are not sick when we are traveling, but just need to get some rest--it seems to work. We were glad when Cassie got home on Saturday safe and sound.
