Almost made it!

Well, my goal was to have Christmas done before February --oh well! We had a wonderful Christmas this year and I love when it falls on Sunday. This is how we started the day...these three were definitely excited to see what Santa brought.
The line up before going in--
Harry Potter wands--a big hit!
I love when Christmas falls on Sunday because we get to take time out of our busy day and go and listen to beautiful music about the Savior. I was excited because I knew our choir would do a wonderful job and also because Chantz would be calling right after our church was over at 3:30 (or so I thought!)
We didn't get as many pictures together because....Chantz got the time mixed up and called at 3:00 when we were still in church. Luckily Russ had his phone and was sitting by me during the program. It started vibrating and he quickly turned it off but looked at the number and didn't recognize the area code. He went out and answered it and it was Chantz! He came and got me and I talked to him until our Church was over--Russ had to give some closing remarks. I am so thankful for modern technology or we would have missed it! It was nice to talk for about 20 minutes by myself--I just kind of walked around the building but as soon as our church was over--the whole family came running out. Everyone was excited to talk! We talked all the way home and then set it up on skype so we could see him. It all worked out fine but later we found out he had left a message on the home phone saying....I would really like to talk to you since I haven't talked to you in over 6 months. I know he must have been disappointed that we weren't home--good thing we connected!
Over at Grampy and Grammy's for a delicious dinner!
My sister Pam made these cute headbands for Cami
This was the best present we got this Christmas! It was so great to actually see him and get to spend a few minutes talking to him. He is doing so great! He had some time to talk but it's hard when there is 8 of us trying to talk at once. Luckily--he's use to it and could understand what we were saying!
Each of the kids had a FEW minutes to talk to him by themselves but it was really hard to not want to just see him the whole time! Russ and I went last --like I said....definitely the best Christmas present!
