Easter cont...

This is why I was never good at writing in my journal--I would get so far behind and it would seem overwhelming so I just wouldn't do it. Now that I am older....I am determined to keep this up so----don't pay attention to the dates!

The Easter Bunny decided to do things a little different this year--instead of a rhyming scavenger hunt for their baskets (I think he was running out of rhymes and hiding places in our house for 7 baskets!) he decided to use string. This string went all over our house and each had their own string to follow that lead to their baskets. It was pretty chaotic but eventually everything was found. Plus an added bonus....making a huge ball during conference kept everyone awake and quiet!

Finding Easter eggs outside.
We then went over to Grampy and Grammy's for a yummy Easter dinner and had another egg hunt with one special gold egg.
Clay and Lincoln striking a pose!
Thinking they are too old to hunt for eggs....plus they did help hide them. It was a wonderful and relaxing day. I love General Conference and it was especially nice that it landed on Easter Sunday.
