I love the Sunday before Christmas! Our Sacrament meeting is always full of beautiful music and everyone seems to have the Christmas spirit. This year--it was really good. Russ was the narrator and the choir sang songs that were great. It always sets the mood for the coming events--Christmas!

Everyone looks so beautiful! I went to my parent's ward for their Christmas Sacrament meeting, because my dad spoke, and the whole meeting was so beautiful. Then Ted and I went to our ward, and they didn't even have ONE talk on Christmas! They didn't have a Christmas program! I couldn't believe it.
LaNae, Thanks for sending the lovely Christmas card and letter! Great to hear from you. You do have suce a lovely family. Glad to hear Russ is doing ok. I'm a terrible friend so did not know he was having more health issues. I think of you guys often. You are our friends. I have always maintained a love for Russ since our days in the MTC and mission field together. Have always felt that he is a kindred spirit. Not sure you will get this, but wanted to say hello and wish you and your family a happy and prosperous new year. I would like to keep in touch with you guys, but my track record has been poor.
